“Sitting with Susan for five minutes you will no doubt feel her warmth, Playfulness and genuine caring.

She is one of the most curious, helpful and open-hearted people I have ever met.
Susan has dedicated years of her life diving deep into her own healing journey both on the spiritual and physical levels. Because of this, she has the capacity to be with her clients in a very authentic and real way. She can go ‘there’ because she’s been there!

If you are having an inkling toward receiving support for yourself, whether it is to deepen in your experience of your own divinity, to move forward with your creative or professional career, or simply to receive support on your day to day experience of life, don’t hesitate to reach out to her to set up a conversation. I have no doubt that it will be well worth your while.”

Testimonial from Lynn Novatt

Susan Bridgit Cooper is one of the most intuitive, insightful and caring life coaches I have worked with in the last few years. When I work with Susan, I feel heard, understood, lovingly held, acknowledged and encouraged.

Don’t let Susan’s quiet and soft demeanor fool you. She is not afraid to see something within you and let you know…..all done with a light, yet powerful touch. Those blind spots, those places you may not want to look – Susan will gently guide you there, as any skillful and heart-centered coach will, so you can see something new and fresh, and then grow and transform in that knowledge.

Another thing I love about working with Susan is her sense of humor and light-heartedness. Being able to laugh with one’s coach is a such a rich and joyful experience.

Lastly, Susan has such a deep love and respect for a Soul Centered approach to her life and her work as life coach. She sees the signs, symbols, and metaphors that the Universe sends her, and she listens and reflects upon all that. She creates acronyms, like Affirmations, to remember and keep them close to her heart and soul. By doing this for herself, she presents a wonderful model for her clients to do the same.

With loving,  Lynn

Testimonial from Maxine Shmerk

“I have had the pleasure of meeting and studying with Susan Bridgit in 2014-2016 at the University of Santa Monica while studying a Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology. Susan exemplifies and embodies USM’s Soul-Centered education  “…which results in a psychological and educational process whose goal is to bring forth the beauty, wisdom, and compassion inherent in every human being.” (Quote from Mary H. Hulnick, Ph.D Chief Academic Officer University of Santa Monica)

Susan Bridgit’s life experience, knowledge and integration of the spiritual curriculum of USM has assisted her and built on her natural ability to step into the role of Professional Life and Business Coach. She facilitates her client’s search for meaning and directives with the quality of a genuine open heart, along with a keen curiosity that invites clarity and direction concerning the ‘next step’. With discernment, she gently and lovingly invites an inner search for insight that is congruent with her client’s intention.

She has facilitated my journey as a Professional Life Coach with utmost grace and ease as I seek to make choices concerning my health and well being. I am profoundly grateful for her authentic support. Added to this is her beautiful sense of humour. She is a trail blazer as she assists others in seeking their path. I highly endorse Susan Bridgit’s sacred work as Professional Life and Business Coach.”

Testimonial from Dianne Peterson
“Since meeting Susan at USM I was drawn to her gentle loving spirit. We were together as part of our group project and I have watched her journey towards fulfilling her heartfelt gift of coaching. We called it soul centered listening at USM. And Thich Nhat Hanh says “Deep listening is the kind of listening that can help relieve the suffering of another person …..to help them empty their heart”. What I have experienced with Susan in our time together is her gift of compassion and soul centered, deep listening, listening beyond my words and feelings and to the heart of the matter. With her skills of reflection, gentle guidance, and encouragement I’ve been able to empty my heart of unneeded suffering, allowing an abundance of unlimited new possibilities.
It’s true. Love you.”

Testimonial from Anya Cooper-Hynell (Daughter)

Since my mother began her spiritual psychology training, she has helped me create healthier relationships and a happier life. For my relationships, my mother demonstrated how to accept people as their authentic selves and communicate effectively about my needs and desires. For my life, my mom taught me how to experience gratitude and follow my intuition leading to a more meaningful life. I highly recommend for anyone to receive guidance from my mother to also create a better life.

Testimonial from Helena Russell

I have been a close friend with Susan Bridget Cooper for 14 years. Some years we spent together in Sweden and some in Nevada City, Ca.

I attended Susan’s women’s retreat once a month when she offered it in Nevada City.

We did our ideal scene, walked in nature, sound travelled, went in the sauna, shared wonderful conversations and meals together. It was healing for my soul and body.

Susan has always been good at gathering people and sharing excellent food and experiences. I enjoyed growing a mental awareness that I did not have before with Susan’s guidance.  With her open, loving and affirming way she has and continues to guide me on my spiritual journey. Attending the monthly girls meetings is a experience that I miss, currently living in Michigan.

Through our monthly zoom meetings I have been able to join from Michigan and I have continued to grow and be inspired by Susan and the beautiful women joining us.

With love, Helena Russell

Testimonial from Emma Almingefeldt

Susan has been my coach for about two years. I have taken part in different group counseling. Every time you leave with positive energy from Susan, but also from the others even if all the sessions have been online. Susan is very professional and always gives clear advice and guidance how to move forward. Due to her I finally managed to finish my master degree since she guided me how to think and what to focus on in my busy life. Susan is very talented when it comes to listening and understanding what your next step is in your journey to reach a life you dream of.

I have been working intermittently with Susan Cooper both in a group and individual setting.   I find her to be very perceptive, non invasive, tactical, and Kind.   She has led me to places I needed to go and offered me clarity and awareness in several areas.  I am glad to have her in my tool box of people to help while I travel on the road to life joy and fulfillment.

Sincerely,  Michelle Belmonte

Testimonial from Claudia Orlando

Bridgit has been so encouraging and supportive to work with. I needed a nudge in the forward direction and Bridgit was there to guide me and help me to focus. What I like most about working with Bridgit is she lives and practices what she passes on. She is thoughtful and fun and develops acronyms to help remember how to address a situation, or how to remain focused on an aspect we are trying to nurture. BridgIt always takes the time to consider what I am saying and gives me helpful feedback.

Bridgit makes herself available to us as individuals and also as a group. At first I was a bit hesitant to participate in a group discussion but soon learned to relax and realized how supportive the group environment is, and learned others were dealing with some of the same issues I was and that sharing ideas and suggestions from others was important too, for my personal growth. When in a group setting BridgIt keeps us all on track to manage the time we have together and encourages us to come prepared so we can use our time together wisely.
